ADHD and allergies

Hi, does anyone here take ADHD medicine and have allergies? How do you treat them? There seems to be conflicting info on whether it's safe to combine ADHD meds and antihistimines. Does anyone know anything about that?

I take elvanse and telfast. My doctor said it was okay to take them both but I take them at opposite ends of the day.
