Does anyone else feel empty a lot?

I have ADHD and have dealt with this for much of my life, I think there were some times when I didn't notice it as badly, but things in the last few years have been quite hard. I got out of an abusive relationship and lost 2 good friends so I think that has made these feelings intensify. I have been bullied and excluded a lot aswell so I get the sense that it makes things even harder

Does anyone else deal with these feelings of emptiness? Is there anything that helps you?

God yes, also adhd here.

I think a lot of it I have orchestrated myself as I always used to take on too much including with friends etc and it was too overwhelming, and I can deal with empty a lot better than overwhelm.

Yes. That's when I eat.
I'm in a horrific overwhelm phase atm, it's running alongside an empty 'what's the point of it all? Feeling. I'm constantly in tears.

Life just seems relentlessly anxious combined with boredom. I don't even have the energy to feel restless any more. As soon as I wake up in the morning my heart is pounding and I'm gripped with anxiety and dread. I feel as though I'm just waiting for the day to pass. Sleep is plagued with anxiety dreams.
