Itchy, scratchy with boredom
Does anyone get like this?
There's not usually an issue with waiting till it passes but some days it coincides with having to visit my elderly mother...today is one of those days.
I tend to think living in a small space and the winter weather is connected to it. Just curious to know how others manage.
I have major issues with sensory overload, so going out usually makes it worse.
Can anyone relate?
