Can I please have a rant about the weather

I am so fed up of this bad weather. I'm aware I live in the UK and it is only just Spring, but honestly it feels like winter lasts forever :( For the next 3 days it is dark clouds and I have had enough! I have had enough of the "news" reporting about celebrities going to hot sunny places. I want to be in those hot sunny places :( I want to stay in bed and only wake up when I no longer need my coat, hat, gloves, scarf, boots etc.

Anyone else had enough of Winter?

Yes, I have. I was reading about a 'cold snap' that's predicted in the next week or so - felt like the last straw. I just want some calm, dry, ambient weather.

I really have. I don't like going out in the rain so I feel like I've been trapped inside for ages.

And I want to start buying 99s from ice-cream vans in the high street

yes, you may indeed complain about the weather! I dislike the cold and damp, I am waiting for the day when the sun finally feels a wee bit warm, and then I shall know that it is really spring - despite the fact I have a few daffodils in flower already

I agree! I’m so tired of the wet and cold. My patio has green mildew that I will have to blast off in April. And I can’t buy garden furniture because of the rain and nowhere to store it. And slugs. We look so forward to summer, and rarely get one. I want a three month summer!

I think the vast majority of British people are sick to death of the British winter. Aka cloudy, drizzly, rainy, cold, miserable etc weather. I actually feel physically exhausted at this time of year because it always seems like forever. I could cry with tiredness
