Blue light glasses

Sleep is really difficult for me and when I don’t sleep well everything else is more difficult too.

I was wondering has anyone found using blue light glasses in the evenings to be of any help, if you’ve used them do you have any recommendations for comfy ones?

I tend to use my phone a lot in the evening (it does automatically go to the low/yellowish light mode at dusk) and watch tv etc.

Thanks in advance :)

I have never heard of this but I’m intrigued.

I can't get on with them. but for years I have used a (free) programme on my laptop called flux which on my settings adds more red light as the night goes on to help your body clock wind down.

You can alter the colours (green, blue etc) and turn it off if you need to, e.g. you are looking at clothes or paint colours or something.
