Is this just me? I am always impressed when the above type workers deal with your query so aptly and swiftly ?

Very overlooked, though. Bank branch staff were the one group of key-workers who never got mentioned in the pandemic, even though they were taking exactly the same risks as supermarket staff to keep the show on the road for people who couldn't manage online banking and needed face-to-face service.
