I am so ditzy. I leave keys in front door. (On the outside) I leave hobs on, I once melted a hob! I leave car keys in ignition, last night I left them in and now the battery is dead. My oh is so mad at me. I don't do this stuff deliberately yet it keeps happening. Is it just me??

It's not something I do but my autistic 19 year old son is very, very like this. He forgets everything, leaves things around and forgets them, loses everything.
Hes dyspraxic too so I'm not sure if it's that or the autism.

Ha.

Yup I feel this could be my adhd and i try to set myself things to help now I know. So I always put my keys in a certain place. I use a visual timer when I'm cooking to remember. I have used wrist ties to remember I have laundry to swop over. I need to work with my brains quirks but I'm still only learning this.
