Is this stimming?

Hi I've been referred for assessment due to poor social skills and repetitive behaviours

Can someone explain stimming to me, I'm not sure I do it, I'm always wiggling my toes, but the other thing that doesn't happen so often is, if I've got something to say and I'm excited/can't wait I do this little tip toe dance and wave my hands about, or if I'm excited I clap and sometimes do the tip toe thing, I literally have no control over it
I'm 43 year old female
Thanks

Yes, that is definitely stimming

I constantly wiggle toes too and the excited thing you describe is quite typical for a lot of autistics.

Thank you, I had something really important to tell me boss the other day and I was doing the tip toe dance and flapping my hands saying "omg dave I need to speak to you right now" it must have looked strange but I could stop it
