I am and I dont know why.
I'm not dyspraxic but my eldest son is.
Guaranteed I drop food down my clothes every time I eat 🙈

Yep.

Once had an interview involving a meal & soup, my worst neighbour.

Oh no! That would be a disaster 🤣

No and I am dyspraxic too. DH is also autistic, but no dyspraxia and is a really messy eater

Morasssassafras · 22/01/2022 22:03

Yes, I often end up with food down my top.

MagpiePi · 22/01/2022 22:06

Yes, I've always got dinner down my top.

I also can't drink out of a cup without a drip running down the side. It's not a massive thing, and I wish I could stop doing it but I don't know how.

Oh yeah 😆

I suspect I am dyspraxic, but have never been assessed for that.

I tend to eat very slowly now.

I've always got dinner down my top, eat too fast and hate eating in front of people. I was ok going out for meals off and on with family, but like anything else, if I overthink it I'm an absolute wreck. My hand / eye co-ordination goes to pot and I would often ask for a doggy bag. Lovely and safe to eat alone later at home.

Yes I seem to struggle to keep food on a fork 😂 I find a spoon easier. I also have terrible handwriting so think my fine motor skills are lacking.
