Does anyone know any duas for sabr? I am finding myself facing a new type of negative feelings/situation that I am finding emotionally difficult. But it is situation that I can't do anything about and my feelings are just serving me to feel unhappy in myself and unhappy towards the people (family members) that I feel are being unfair. And that's not helpful to anyone, so I know I just need to find a way to not give it any headspace and carry on and be grateful for what I have.
