Got DH this for his birthday. He loved his first album which was a bit too angry and hard to listen to for me. Strickland Banks is so different - bloody brilliant! All Mowtown and soully. Gorgeous. Anyone else listened?

I probably would have listened to it if I was 18, (he does have a very young audience) ... although I loved his work with Chase & Status... the song End Credits is played alot here...

I'm sure I'll get around to listening to it one day...

Give it a go. You might be pleasantly surprised.

I've downloaded it and I'm likeing it too.

(although DS tuts and shakes his head muttering 'wrong wrong it's wrong you know!!!'

How much swearing is there on the album? DD likes the two most recent songs but I am holding off downloading the album for her as I don't really want a 10yo listening to a lot of effing and jeffing.

There is a bit but not really in your face, I play it in the car when my 4 year old is with me.

I'm going to see him in October as well and can't wait.

Dear God, I watched Harry Brown on DVD last night. Had the chap from Plan B as one of the main characters.

Dark and horrific film
