My son will be so excited daftpunk, i have found him a celebration Chelsea teeshirt last Saturday from the market! When he comes home from resi school this weekend he will be beside himself. When Chelsea won the league i was in Dorset on holiday i rang him at school and all i got was 8-0 yelled at me. When they won the FA cup he picked me up off the ground and squeezed me!!

Oh that's fantastic about the teeshirt.

All my family are Chelsea fans, it's religion to us. (lol) the excitement of a good game is hard to beat.

My friends got Wilf into Chelsea, i blame them now and say they have created a Chelsea Monster!!!

Thanks , he's named in honour of the poet Wilfred Owen who was a WW1 soldier and poet who returned to the front after injury when he wasnt supposed to, to replace another poet Siegfried Sassoon and died a week before Armistice Day. His parents received the telegram with news of his death while the church was ringing peace bells.

A fantastic honour to be named after Wilfred Owen.

We take our son to the war museum in London quite often, he's really interested in WW1 & WW2...at 10 we feel he's old enough to know everything..(we've been taking him from about the age of 6 tbh)

No as Wilf has special needs i only really explained to him about WW1 after Rememberance Sunday last year, i didnt take him to the service as putting him through two lots of 2 minutes silence was asking quite a lot. I will have to take him there one day and i plan to take him to Big Wilfreds grave in France when he is old enough to appreciate it!!

yes, we plan to take ds to The channel Islands this summer to show him just how close Hitler got...and we'll take him to Ypres Salient...he's extremely interested in WW1 and WW2...which is good.

I better carry on with the game or 2shoes will hit me with a big stick.
