Not sure i can see any progression from the last one though. Same sort of thing. No surprises.

i have a theory about one of the songs. it's so similar to one from her last album that you can sing the old song over the new one and it harmonises really well.

you sing the, no one, no one, no ooooo-ooone, can get in the way of what i'm feelin'. while she sings her new song.
sounds good actually, although maybe just in my head.

Yes, her first album reminds me of a time when i lived in New York. Lots of good memories.
I particularly like her new york song on this album for that reason.

I will comment, but only to say that I find Alicia Keys supremely uninspiring...talented yes, musical yes, but totally blah. So maybe that's why no one has very much to say.

Ok, have been listening to the album more and actually really really like it.
Especially like that she still has some very prince inspired tracks on there.

It is very good.

Surely more inspiring than most of the chart albums at the moment no?
