He's been saying this for over a year now, so I guess he really means it. Also wants disco lights (which he won't get quite yet). He wants something with disks to go backwards and forwards on (can you tell I'm totally out of my depth here . I've seen this mi jam mixing deck which might do him. Trouble is, knowing nothing about this, I can't tell if he can use it on its own or if he would need an mp3 player or something else to make it work. He hasn't got his own cds and really, so longs as it's got buttons and spinny bits and makes lots of noise I suspect he'll be happy and as he gets older can start being a bit more adventurous.
Any other suggestions would be really really welcome. I don't normally indulge him like this, but he seems very keen - loves doing 'cool moves' and it's completely different from the kind of music me & his dad listen to, so it's not us pushing him.
