I need your suggestions-music with some kind of a medical theme?

I think I'm going to do a musical section for a christmas quiz, and what I was thinking was to have songs/music to identify and then a medical link.
On the one hand there is loads of modern music about mental health and addictions-suprise that, and I have some ideas re Beethoven-deafness and Mozart-poisoning ?mercury , need to go and check,
BUT I need some modern music about illness and disease, in fact any music.
Any suggestions?

Or actually music by composers/bands/performers with medical illness as well would be good
