Must admit I don't tidy up for my dc's friends coming over to play, although I would make a semi-effort if their mum was coming in for a cuppa...

Accompanied by mother AND father-who employ a daily cleaner!

Good lord - both of them?!? - are they interviewing you and dd as potential suitable playdate material....

You don't need music - just scoop up all the clutter which is out of place, bung in a bin liner and place full bin bag out of sight in an upstairs bedroom....

Yep, they both came, and the dad moved my furniture around so that his son could watch a video . Oh well, peace at last. It took three hours to get the house ready, phew! Better get all the furniture back to where it is supposed to go!
