Songs that always make you stop in your tracks?

Be it your favourite songs from childhood, your first love, your wedding dance, a song played at a funeral of a loved one, first school disco, etc. I'm sure we all have these.

When you hear them in a shop, on the radio, in a club, at a party , they always make you smile/ laugh / cry /dance.

Mine are -

Heart - Alone

My dad, he always played this in the car. I feigned embarrassment if he was giving friends a lift but loved it.

No Doubt - Don't Speak

My first love, he always told me I looked like Gwen Stefani, and it made me swoon. Silly little girl.

Leonard Cohen - Dance Me to the End of Love

My Grandfathers funeral. Makes me laugh, dance and cry all at once. It really summed them up as a couple. Bless them both.

The Living Years by Mike and the Mechanics.

It reminds me of the difficult relationship I had with my father as a child and continue to do. I cry every time.
