I'm very excited, I thought I couldn't go so sold my tickets to friends, but now can and bought a new one today.

Shepherds Bush Empire is a shit venue, but never mind. It will be fab.

So last night.

It was good, but not great IMO.

Too much random noise / mad wigging out and not enough being able to hear the songs. God I sound old saying that don't I??? But the Ben and a Piano tour was my favourite, so maybe that says something about my tastes.

Still, Underground was fabulous, as was Gone and Not the Same, and Still Fighting It, and Narcolepsy until it went mental, and loads more.. The new stuff sounded good and I'm looking forward to the record.

So all in all, worth getting a babysitter for!

I was not impressed at all. I agree there was too much showmanship rather than getting on with the music.
