It's a good 10 years old so probably not too many of you will recognise it. I got it as a freebie on the front of a parenting mag - I'm going to say 'Mother & Baby' but I'm not completely sure. 2 CDs in the box, the red one shown and I think the other was green, or maybe blue?

There were some lesser known songs on there, one going on about a chap who fed his cat by yonder tree, and the cat going 'fiddle-i-fee', another about a mouse hooking up with a frog, and their wedding, and one about a London taxi doing the sights, beeping it's horn. Is this ringing any bells? It's such an extremely long shot I know but if you do happen to have it in your collection please do let me know! Thank you!

Have you tried Vinted or eBay?

SnugglyJumpersMakeItBetter · 04/04/2026 23:32

No, it's not that one. Thanks for looking though!

In tiny letters on the red disk we have: 'Fast Forward Music Limited' and an email address. I tried emailing them but it got bounced back. The website is defunct, and I'm getting nowhere typing it into Vinted or ebay. I'm hoping there's a childminder or something on Mumsnet who has it buried in their collection.

Don't know the C.D but know the song about the frog getting married; its Froggy go Walking.

Do you have facebook? If so try the little blue cup page

If you are really, really desperate you could try getting in touch with one of the ex- directors of the company, for instance Neil Read who seems to have an interest in lots of companies:

They might have sold their copyyrights to someone else who is still publishing the tracks???

Neil READ personal appointments - Find and update company information - GOV.UK

Free company information from Companies House including registered office address, filing history, accounts, annual return, officers, charges, business activity

This is a DVD by the same production company, don't know if this helps?

Oh my gosh, thank you so much! From the picture on the Vinted DVD I found the recordings on Youtube! I'm just confused because the sound is very different. The CDs sounded sort of rich, whereas the Youtube songs are kind of thin and tinny? It's hard to explain, but that's why I didn't make the connection earlier. So I have 'found' them, but not of the same quality. I've noticed this with audiobooks I've downloaded on Audible, they just don't compare to the sound quality of the original CDs.

If anyone wants an earworm I recommend 'Taxi':

Oh that's great news! Could the quality be if you're listening to YouTube on a phone/ laptop with mono speaker but your CD player was stereo?
