How to safely sell Harry Styles Ticketmaster tickets when resale option is unavailable?

We’ve got 4 tickets we now don’t need in good seats in the lower tier for the penultimate Wembley show. We managed to get accessible ones for the next night instead for my DD and (naively) had no idea that we could have just got a refund for the others within 24 hours or that the resale button wouldn’t be enabled.

So there is no guarantee that the resale option will appear on Ticketmaster but they’ve said to keep checking. Anyone else in a similar position or does anyone know where is best to try to (safely) sell them without being scammed (or without the buyer thinking it’s a scam)? There’s a little while to go but not sure I want to leave advertising them to the last minute.

Are you able to sell them on Twickets? That’s pretty much as secure as you can get with third party re-selling platforms.

Thanks do you know if that is a safe site for selling? Every other one I’ve looked at I’ve read stories of tickets being canceled etc (I think Viagogo was one).

Ah just googled and I think it is safe but you can’t sell until you’re able to transfer the tickets (about 72 hours before). Argh!!

Ticketmaster resale is only a few days before the gig.

Twickets is definitely safe, much better than viagogo. Technically speaking viagogo also works and is safe, but their business practices are quite questionable so I’d avoid if you can help it.

I’m sure you’re info is more up to date than mine as I’ve not looked into it recently, but is that definitely right about not being able to sell on Twickets until the tickets are transferable? I’m sure I sold on there weeks before tickets were transferable before, and just had to set a reminder for myself to transfer the tickets as soon as they became available. That was a couple of years ago though so could have changed!

I honestly wouldn’t worry too much, these are going to be very hot tickets and I’d imagine you’ll find it easy to sell when the time comes.

@Spaghettea thanks. I can’t get confirmation that they’ll allow resale at all even nearer the date (I asked Ticketmaster today but they just said to check nearer the time). But can’t see why they wouldn’t allow that.

@OchreSwan thank you I only had a quick look so will check again but that sounds promising!
