Anyone else watching?

Enjoying his set and seeing a mix of old and young people in leopard print having a ball!

What a legend and I’ve heard such nice things about him.

Great show - he's out of tune at times but amazing for an 80 year old, what a legend.

I’ve just been watching a little bit on BBC IPlayer. My late mum was a big fan of Rod Stewart and I always thought he was ok too. These days he is definitely past it. He should retire and take up golf or dog-walking or something. It was just cringe watching him.

He's a walking cringe, to be honest.

I had
more fun watching him than the 1975 or Olivia.

Shite line up this year.

I really enjoyed it - far better than many of the younger acts with their out of tune screeching. Very impressive for an 80 year old.

I liked it! Read the snarky Telegraph review and was braced for disaster but instead saw a seasoned entertainer cranking out hit after hit for ninety minutes, all of which I knew, accompanied by a disconcertingly identical but talented backing band. And Lulu, in her car wash trousers. And Mick Hucknall.
