I really want to go and there's loads of cheap tickets left. But, how bad is is getting out of Tottenham at the end?

I would be leaving before it ends. Although she's just added Energy so probably after that with approx 2 songs to go. Ideally I'd like to get a black cab to Waterloo.

Why couldn't she just play Wembley that has proper transport links 😭.

I went last night it was amazing. I didn’t get on the tube but could see there was crowd management letting people on in waves. Your chances of getting a black cab will be slim to be honest. You could book a taxi to pick you up on a nearby road?

MammaTo · 06/06/2025 13:27

We went last night and it was unbelievable. But getting home was a bit of a shit show. They closed white hart lane and then the next station after that was closed, we was told to walk to Seven Sisters (I’m not local to the area so was following the police instructions) and it was super busy so we ended up getting an Uber home which took about 5-10 mins to arrive which was fine.

I saw Beyoncé at Tottenham 2 years ago and it was fine getting out. I just walked from the stadium to Seven Sisters tube station which took about half an hour and the whole walk there was filled with crowds of Beyoncé fans so it was busy and very safe. Loads of the fast food shops and pubs lining the main road were pumping out Beyoncé songs so it was a fun walk! Managed to get on a train fine, I don’t remember there being any drama or difficulty. Go, you’ll have an amazing time, she’s incredible live!

laddersandsnakes12 · 06/06/2025 13:46

I’ve been to concerts at Wembley before and tbh the nightmare of the huge crowd slowly shuffling from the stadium to the main tube station felt a lot worse (to me anyway). Took forever last time I went there!

We’re going to Stray Kids at the Spurs stadium in July and I’ve been wondering about leaving - I’m not a big user of Uber but was it easy to get them to pick you up where you were waiting?

WinWhenTheyreSinging · 06/06/2025 13:48

We went to see Pink at TH. We drove though, if that's an option - parked about a mile or so away at a huge Tesco (we had booked parking, not just left it there to possibly get a ticket), walked to the stadium and back. It was fine.

EduCated · 06/06/2025 13:52

Was also there last night. We walked over to Northumberland Park station. We were held in a (very good natured) queue for about 5 minutes, then walked straight through to the platform, and when the train pulled in, everyone getting in got seats.

Yes we walked to Bruce Grove station which was closed so carried on a bit further up, the roads had been opened up so the taxi managed to pick us up fine. Just had to get past the road closures.

RatherBeOnVacation · 06/06/2025 14:58

@lighteningthequeen @MammaTo What time did it finish please? I have booked a cab home for 11.15pm but there’s nothing online with finish time.

TheSalmonMousse · 06/06/2025 15:02

Thank you all, that's really handy.

When you say taxi, do you mean an Uber? Neither me or my teens have ever got one so I don't know how it works.

Ah great, thank you, really helpful to know. We have an awful journey back to south London so a cab even part of the way will be very helpful.

lighteningthequeen · 06/06/2025 15:09

She came on stage at about 7.45. Finished about 10.45 I think

TheSalmonMousse · 06/06/2025 15:21

If we go then maybe we should leave at 10. I'd rather 75% of Beyonce than a missed train.

There aren't even any coaches or else I'd do that.

I went ( it was amazing).

We are still in shock today ( in a good way), We live near Wood Green and there were shuttle buses to the stadium which were very smooth.
We left at the last song , easy to get out and then 10 mins to shuttle bus with no queues. Straight to wood green in 10 mins or so. Tube should still be going and presume easy onto Waterloo then,
We also passed the bus to Finsbury Park on the way to the shuttle bus so that would be a good option as well.

Presume got much worse after so would recommend being on the first shuttle bus out.

Lucylurker · 06/06/2025 15:42

Sorry wanted to edit post after realizing you have a train to catch ( not sure what time). The shuttle bus won’t start till at the end or near the end so may not suit.

Bus to Finsbury park probably best if it’s too late,

Ooh I’m going next week. Can’t wait! I think we’re staying in a hotel in Kensington I think and I’ve not even looked into the journey yet.

EachandEveryone · 06/06/2025 18:40

Does she sing any of her old stuff?

CountryQueen · 06/06/2025 19:57

I’d rather stick pins in my eyes than see Beyoncé but presumably you’ve paid a lot and your teens want to experience the whole thing?! Just shuffle for the train at the end with everyone else and soak up the atmosphere.

LightCameraBitchSmile · 06/06/2025 21:32

How hard is it to read the op ^

Not hard. They can’t be that cheap surely for at least 3 people?

MintChocCat · 08/06/2025 19:38

I went last night - it was absolutely incredible and absolutely worth it.

She came on stage at 7:46pm. We left at 9:50pm - we didn’t want to get stuck with all the crowds leaving at the same time. If you want the same, I’d recommend leaving around the same time - tube was filling up by the time we got there, but a much more pleasant experience getting home.

We tried to pre-book an Uber for the end - but they were all unavailable - also tried booking from nearby roads. The streets directly outside the Tottenham stadium are closed off. There is a crowd management team there.

I have to say, I prefer Wembley or the O2 as transport links are much better - it’s a pain getting to White Hart Lane.

Enjoy if you do manage to go! 💃

We went on Saturday and pre booked a private cab to pick us up at 11pm. He sent me his location and I had to walk 10 mins to meet him. Worked really well.

OhBackToTheIsland · 09/06/2025 19:58

This is all really useful info, I'm going next week and really excited.

Most important question though - what was everyone wearing?? Do I need a cowboy hat?

Musing by all the fans I saw in town at the weekend - yes, you do! 🤠🤠ðŸ¤
