Right not really the place to ask but I am DESPERATE! I love this song and it’s an attractive 20 something year old dancing topless in a library it’s abit dancey and it’s NOT cascada but I just can’t remember what it is and it’s driving me crazy.

Floppy mousey brown hair with glasses , I know I don’t have much more to go on 😩😩 also I’m from the uk it was a dance type song but j just can’t remember the name
