Taylor Swift tickets sold via Axs

Has anyone sold Taylor Swift tickets for next summer via Axs official resale and received the refund yet? Daughter has sold 4 vip tickets officially thru the Axs resale site and now thinks won’t get the money back til 7-10’days after the event.. !!
that would mean Axs have the new buyers money and also holding the sellers money for a year! Surely that can’t be right. We expected the refund 7-10 days after selling them.

the FAQs say it will be post event your daughter will receive the refund.

I resold festival tickets through ticket master during covid and had to wait until the rescheduled event for the refund also. It’s crap!

It's pretty normal for funds not to be released until after the event, they need to make sure the buyer gets into the event etc before transferring the money.

It’s shocking though, Axs now have £1600 from the new buyer and £1600 from the original buyer. And that’s just one resale. For a whole year they have that money to make interest on. And there will be loads of people in the same boat
that they will be making money on.
My daughters friend used their axs account and requested the refund last week, under the impression was going to be 7-10 working days then money would be back in her account. She was not aware it would be after the event which is August 2024. This whole Taylor swift concert thing has been an absolute nightmare. But at least they have been able to sell the tickets now as were told Vip couldn’t be transferred or sold to begin with.

I cannot make the website or app give me the money for a different gig for which I sold tickets through them. It’s bloody irritating - they have hundreds of pounds of my money and I can’t get to it.

Will never use them again.

If you resell via twickets (where possible) you get the money instantly.
