Keyboard practice - how not to tire and lose concentration quickly

Hi all,
I am learning to play keyboards. I can read music, and can play simple tunes, I play every day.
HOWEVER I find that after a few minutes my playing just gets worse and worse.

Has anyone got any tips about how to structure practice so that I can do more of it without tiring, losing concentration, tensing up and just getting worse and worse (and more frustrated!!!) with every bar?

I would love to be able to practice consistently for 15 minutes a day (I'm not asking for the moon here) rather than 2-5.

Oh and if I try to break that 15 up over the day I still seem to run into the same issue - it's like there's some sort of refractory period.

Some scales to warm up. Then play your piece through and identify any tricky bars. Mark with a pencil or post it. Practice these slowly on their own, with a metronome maybe. Then play the bars before or after wards and string together.
