Please help me find this song - it's driving me crazy

I keep trying to describe it to my husband but he has no idea - there are no lyrics, we did a dance to it in school in the early 1990s but it's got quite an electric 1980s feel. It's quite spacey sounding (a little like pink Floyd) and ideas anyone?? I've never had to search for something with no lyrics to go by!!!
