Pianists - how do you release tension in the wrists

Hello all, I was a pianist (heading towards professional) when I developed repetitive strain injury from playing pieces that were too big for my hands and holding the tension of big chords and fast passages in my wrists and shoulders. After a break, I'm coming back to playing and wondering how you release tension in the wrists when playing, for example, a series of octaves Or large chords? Any advice most welcome!

I read about tension before here:

There's a section called "tension problems". Hope it helps.
