What 80's or even late 70's tracks do you still love (or have a laugh over) that everyone else has forgotten about? I was trawling YouTube the other day and came across bands like Strawberry Switchblade, The Mission, China Crisis and Aztec Camera - music I have not heard for over 20 years that took me right back to my 'yoof' like t'was yesterday.

The guy from Imagination sang Body Talk . I didn't like it but I remember my dad making very funny remarks at his apparel at the time and that's why it is memorable. My dad had a choice comment for every other act on TOTP. I would try to ignore but he always got the better of me in the end.

Funny what comes back to you - I hadn't thought of any of those in years. This is like reminiscence therapy (but we're all too young for that aren't we) thanks OP!

Now that you say it I remember it very well. In fact I may need to start a thread abouth getting Oops Upside Your Head out of my head!

I will concentrate on remembering A Flock of seagulls instead. Which reminds me that my dad had a comment about them too and what a flock of seagulls would most likely do to you if you were very unlucky

The Imagination guy was Leeeeee :) John. He wasn't as good as Jeffrey Daniels of Shalamar though - remember him? He was the one who taught Michael Jackson the moonwalk.
