Does anyone have a child that plays the drums?

DS would really like a set of drums. We are happy to get some for him but haven't got a scooby where to start regarding quality/brand. Don't want to spend a fortune as he's only little but at the same time would like to get him a set that will last.

I think DS's are made by a company called Tiger - they are a proper drum set scaled down - he is 6.5yrs and loves them - really has got good rhythm and has started putting on CDs and tryong to drum along to them.

They have proved a really good investment, I think, he seems to be a lot more settled - maybe it is because he bashed out all his feelings of anger or lttle boyness at his drum set.
