Do you have a song that you reckon most people won't have heard but that you love and would recommend to others?

Mine is Wickerman by Pulp.

O DarkVictory - THANK YOU for reminding me of Pizzicato 5

from WW1, though I came across it through the Monoculed Mutineer. I sing it to my children as a lullaby -makes a change from 'Twinkle, bloody Twinkle'

Certainly not many of my friends know this song

However it reminds me of snowboarding and parties 15 years ago and I always put it on when I want something 'bouncy'!

upahill · 15/06/2011 12:27

I know you said only one but this has a brilliant bit of piano played by Jools Holland at the end.

Ten Little Girls by curve. I love it but nobody ever seems to have heard of it. People I've recommended it to love it too.

Wait about 12 years to find someone who's even heard of Pizzicato 5 then, like buses, along come two. I love them lots, and still listen to Mon Amour Tokyo at least twice a week. Can't find the English language version of it though which I used to have on CD but lost the damned thing.

My offering is . Wonderful stuff.

Two songs I could listen to forever

can't choose just one out of a bazillion, so here are a few with a mellow vibe...
