No, I wouldn't say no to hanging out with them either. They did seem like nice guys but I've been hearing stories of their diva-ish behaviour recently, which is a shame if they're true.

I could be wrong but I think the support is The Whigs a band from Georgia.

Thanks Lyra, really disappointed and we missed The Manics due to cancellation earlier in the year.

That said I'm only 30 mins drive from the o2, really fel for anyone that had already set off and had a long journey.

i know i was gutted - my first drive on my own from south wales to london. Left the car with my dad in Newham. Caught the bus and I got as far as canning town tube when I found out the concert had been cancelled.

Can't wait for the new date - they were fantastic in the O2 last year so am really looking forward to the show.

Going to Hyde Park in June too

I was hoping for february - there is an awards ceremony at the O2 which the kings should be invited to so they'd be in the country then - and there is nothing happening at the o2 a couple of days before

reschedued date is 22nd June 2011. I haven't heard if it will be the same support act though - does anyone else???

This means i will be seeing the boys 20th june and 22nd june - twice in 1 week

The new date makes no sense to me. Surely they must have known that the people who bought O2 tickets are the same people who bought Hyde Park tickets. Now a large number of people will be going twice in two days. I hope they do very different setlists for the two nights.

i know lyra - i thought that too - luckily i don't need to pay for accomodation as i stay with my dad but i expect a lot of people can't afford 2 trips and 2 lots of accomodation in the same week

hopefully they will play some of the older stuff along with the new stuff

Also really hoping they will play a lot of the older stuff and really make a night of it. I know they couldn't help the cancellation but it it must have really been difficult for some fans in terms of time and money.
