If I use my iPhone to buy music from iTunes, will I then be able to copy it to a cd to play in the car?

Yes.

i thiknk there's an iTunes option to burn to CD.

PrettyCandles · 14/08/2010 07:51

But presumably that's only possible when buying on a pc with a cd writer, not when buying on the iPhone itself.

The music transfers from your phone to your PC when you synch it though. The option is on the PC iTunes programme, not the store.

i did think i'd not made that clear when i'd posted :)

Thanks again. Smile

Given that the iPhone has such a fabulously intuitive user-interface, I'm surprised at how I struggle with the iTunes bit.

I need an old-fashioned printed manual - I'm so 20th century!

I'd agree about iTunes. It is trickier than the entire workings of the phone!
