Quick pip review - good or bad sign

If you get a text to says your pip review has been completed within a couple of days of the assessment is this a good or bad sign? Also why can't they tell you by text rather than texting then making you wait for the letter.

If you've had the text ring up and ask for the full report to be sent (it'll give you the points and you can work out the results). Its also useful to refer back to in future assessments.
I dont think you can equate time to out come. I think its down to staffing in area, evidence you gave and how good the assessor was at collating the evidence that fits the criteria.
