Pip appeal can't write anymore

wondering if anyone can help
I've had pip for 4 years with CFS and a number of anxiety conditions

Recently refused on review. Person seemed to have their mind made up at the start. My situation hasn't changed at all and got worse in the last year (though could get better, it's happened before)

Ocd is telling me I shouldn't appeal as I don't have 'perfect evidence.' But my brain would say this on anything ad infinitum. The evidence is from some years ago but then the pandemic, my own anxiety about going for medical checks, I have no current rubber stamping of my conditions.

the MR summary report seems to be a standard and general one but it does say it's not the conditions but how they affect you. I know that and have written that all out very clearly and told the assessor on the phone

I'm not sure what else to provide for appeal because I've been very clear already. I've already told them everything clearly and they've not acknowleged any of it. How do you appeal that.

Just looking for some words of wisdom here, thanks

Do you have a mney advisr rep/from local council? if not-call PIP and say you require help/advocacy.
2018\19 i was "transition" from dla.i am CFS -amongst other things. the appeal procedure to 9mths-during this dla\pip stop-as not qualify(?)add ns to esa-stopped. it was awful.
Im pretty certain, whilst wait see panel.money advisor said.."lets put a new claim in.we got all info. we wil do fresh application.
i had nothing t loose really- panel was farcicle. s knew refuse.
BUT the new claim\intview EXACT same diagnosis\support evidence etc.. got me highest rate.
So- no mssive 9mth back payment when penalised for them get it wrong.was in no stte to purse THAT.but was awarded from fresh appication.
as such,praps try that? x

Just keep going OP.

I did one a few years back and just wrote in the appeals form online

"they have stopped my PIP but I still need it for my ongoing serious problems"

I got it back.

Absolutely appeal. Tribunal will give DWP one month to respond, where it will go to a case manager who may have a bit more common sense than everyone who has looked at it so far. If it is still turned down and goes to tribunal, you are very likely to be awarded.
