Course screeners

Hello

I am doing a course at work. As I have a learning difficulty I was asked to be screened for other difficulties which could impact the delivery of the course.

It came back as high probability of autism and ADHD but the concentration and focus part.

My husband said I shouldn't find it it's true as it's just a bit of paper and as I am nearing 40 it doesn't really matter. I found something on the autism website that says self identification and it says if I don't want to get a diagnosis or an waiting for one I can self identify and said I am neuro diverse as I have a high probability for ADHD also.

Can I this say I am autistic, dyslexic and have ADHD but not have the test or do I need the test. I am nearing 40 so the outcome will have no real benefit?

Would I be classed as neuro diverse?

I just want to know other people's views

Thanks

I was diagnosed at 52 and smelled a rat.
I believe it is complex-PTSD caused by early life trauma. I fixed my worst symptom - poor executive dysfunction - enough to write a book.
ADHD Nature or Nurture.
Good luck x
