Hi I need a chair that-

Reclines/lifts legs (separately)
Has a good lumber support
Raises to aid getting up
Solid/styrdy arms to push up from
Not too high/ deep as a 5f 5 woman my feet need to be on the ground.

Specifically it's for a women with a prolapsed disc. Sciatic nerve pain, struggling with sitting and mobility.

Any recommendations. Also don't have a lot of money so ideally £500 or less

Could you ask for a referral to OT?
They would assess the best fit/ type of V chair for you
I have a riser/ recliner which was provided after an assessment.
Otherwise somewhere like a disability living site may have something
