I wasn't going to but I submitted my tribunal request last night. I think I got 10 out of 12 possible mobility points as I'm classed as unable to leave my house due to significant distress because I have severe agoraphobia. I am getting graded exposure from a professional, but I also have a number of health issues and symptoms that is making it impossible to make much progress with my graded exposure, such as headaches, dizziness, a pulling sensation in my side, sharp pains, stomach issues which are a mix of constipation and diarrhoea daily. For two weeks of the month, I experience extreme ovulation and period pain that can cause me to collapse. I wrote about it at length on my original application including on my mandatory reconsideration. I am not an 80 year old woman hobbling around and I don't 'look' ill. I am doing everything they have recommended including meditation and other methods to improve my anxiety. I am afraid to get too far from my house because I often feel too ill and know I have to go all the way back. My main issue is worrying about my symptoms coming on and the trouble is that anxiety can mimic a lot of them and I will sit down for 20 minutes outside if I begin to feel them to work out if its anxiety or not. More often than not it is both and I go back. I am worried they will contact my mental health workers which I have put down as contacts and query them about my physical health issues.
