I rent from a housing association who are awful when it comes to disability. I'm constantly having to explain why yet again I'm unable to do a certain thing - that I mentioned to them a few weeks ago.
I'm on the priority service register. They told me yesterday that means nothing and I'll have to wait up to 24 hours for them to sort out the lack of electricity.
I had to beg them to sort out the lack of electricity. They know and don't seem to care about my disability.
What really is the point of the priority service register?
