Hating my disability and myself today

This is just a rant.
Fucking hate my disability today and generally. I have counted my blessings. I know that millions of people with disabilities and without disabilities are worse off physically and financially. has made up for not being able to drive and have freedom that allows. Nor b img able to walk like everyone else and use my hands properly.

My life would have been very different if I was not disabled and yes better.

As I said just a rant.

I didn’t thank you both. Bit calmer now, though still hate my disability. I’m definitely a glass half empty type.

I hate my life
I hate the children missing out because of me.
I hate being in constant pain.
I hate the way people perceive me and make judgments.

I think that feels a bit better.

Same here. Currently having my worst relapse since before covid and the GP decided to try a whole new med regime and the side effects are lousy and it's doing nothing for my pain levels.
I've had to call in sick to work so now I have the guilt of that on top of everything else. I hate it.

Being disabled, and especially if in pain is sometimes awful. My disability flared up just as I went on holiday to Brugge last year. Being in a wheelchair over cobbles is unbelievably painful. When I got back I know people judged me for saying I wished I had never gone on holiday as my back was so bad afterwards.

I hate my disabilities, constantly beat myself up for having to rely on ds to help & care for me.
