Anyone else put in for a child dla claim this year?? Mine was scanned the 22nd July and still no decision! Called numerous times to be told different things! Was told last week that it was with a decision maker and I would hear this week called today and lady said it’s with a case manager are these the same?? She was rude so didn’t get any answers
