Could dyslexia explain my struggle with communication??

I've been considering that I am autistic for over a year now. I've spoken to GP about it and hopefully I'm on some sort of waiting list for an assessment.

But I've started to wonder if I could be dyslexic instead.

I don't struggle to read people and don't really have any repetitive behaviours.

My main struggle is my processing speed slows right down when I'm in a new place or speaking to a new person. I'm like a rabbit in the headlights.

I hate writing. I really struggle to get my thoughts down on paper. I don't know where to begin etc. I struggle to express myself, I often can't think of the word I'm looking for. When I'm stressed like when I'm getting ready to leave the house in the morning I really can't talk to anyone.

What do you think?

Have you considered dyspraxia? Here's a list of symptoms in adults. The trouble is that the list is so long that probably most people could identify with at least one thing on there!

Yes I've considered it, it think I relate more to dyslexia and autism. Theres such an overlap between all of them isn't there, it's very difficult.
