Care and treatment review

I was diagnosed with autism a couple of months ago, I also have significant mental health problems. Today I had a care and treatment review, it ended for me as I had a complete meltdown.
The panel were great but I'm so angry with myself.

Sorry to hear about that, that sounds tough .

Have they re-arranged the care and treatment review? Do you think there is anything you/they can do next time to make it easier?

They carried on without me. So I will wait and see what recommendations they've put in place.
The panel were all friendly and put me at ease, it was obviously online which was not ideal.
