DLA renewal for a child

My sons Dla renewal form has just arrived. How much evidence shall I send? Does anyone know how long it takes for a decision to be made.

The decision was pretty quick when we renewed it last year - about a week I think. The form was a complete ball ache, it took ages to complete! We sent all the evidence we thought was relevant.

Thank you.. I don't have as much info as last time as when we go to hospital the reports aren't as detailed
