Hello I'm just wondering how are you all with AS copping all day with small children? I'm having 3 year old twins, who didn't go to the nursery yet, my dh working whole working week and I have no family or friend support around. It's basically just me and kids all week. My kids are lovely and love them to bits, but sometimes it's very challenging, my son is very active, need constant supervision and my daughter having a lot of tantrums. They are very demanding whole day and didn't let me alone even for a minute.I'm trying to cope but sometimes I'm just feeling very overwhelmed and need to be alone in a quiet place for a little bit and have some off time. That's not possible through the day, so I'm finding it sometimes very difficult. I'm very sensitive to high noises and I know when I need to turn off, but can't . how are you all managing, if you feeling overwhelmed?
