Am I the only one without major sensory issues?

Sensory issues are a big part of ASD... bright lights, noise, textures etc.
I don’t really have any major problems. I can cope with going to the shops, I know some with ASD can find it hard.
I don’t like long sleeves, I always roll them up. Even with cardigans and jumpers (unless it’s cold and it’s warmer to have them not rolled). I am OK with things like dressing gowns as the sleeves are loose (plus they’re fluffy which is a bonus).
I also dislike tight clothing. The idea of a bodycon dress is alien to me, they look so tight and uncomfortable, how on Earth do people walk in them??
I dislike loud music eg in nightclubs but it’s easy to avoid those.

I don’t know if this is sensory or something else, but I never seem to feel very thirsty. I’ll want some water when I wake up, and maybe one or two drinks during the rest of the day. I have a habit of pouring myself a glass of water, drinking a bit then leaving it on a counter/table/etc. Whenever my family go out to dinner I can make one drink last all evening, it’s not often I want another one.

Just wondering what your thoughts were!

You've described some fairly minor sensory issues and said you can avoid them, but if you couldn't avoid them, you may recognise them as more significant.

Re the thirst, please measure 2 litres of water for yourself every day and make sure you drink it all at intervals throughout the day to suit you, whether you're thirsty or not. Otherwise, long-term you'll have kidney problems.

Yep, I know l should drink more water. Seeing as my dad has kidney issues (not from water problems but blood pressure) I want to avoid that! I didn’t actually make any resolutions this year so this will have to be one.
