I'm on the waiting list for an NHS ASD assessment and have just been offered an online assessment process (through the NHS) with a company called Healios. Does anyone have any experience of them? It would mean a far quicker and sooner process but I'm not sure. Thanks!

Hi None, I didn't in the end, just felt uncomfortable with the Skype format really and thought I'd rather wait for an in person one. I am on the waiting list for that now having sent in the initial questionnaires.

Bumping - I have my first online appointment with Healios next week. Anyone been through this process with them, and can give me an idea of what to expect? I’ll report back when I’ve had mine in case that helps anyone.

Had my first online session today. After a few background questions the psychologist started going through the RAADS questionnaire with me. It was ok - got through the first 25 of 80 questions ...need another session to finish that, and then a couple of others (can’t remember what they are) before someone makes a decision. Will try to keep updating this as I go.

Hi, I’m wondering how you got on with healios? I’ve got my first online consultation next week, they also want an online consultation with my son, I know my son won’t cooperate though 😳

I know this is an old thread, but I’m also hoping to hear of anyone’s experiences with Healios as have just been offered a last minute appointment for my son (ADHD referral) tomorrow. I’d be most grateful to hear how other people got on.
