I haven't tried the clothing but I like your idea on sewing into a blanket or teddy that might work and would help when he has nursery and such.
I am going to get some noise cancelling ear phones as I am struggling with how noise my 3 boys are getting as they get older I am hoping this will help me create a space with out a space if you understand what I mean.
