This survey is about returning to work and is open to all UK Mumsnetters.

HS2 Ltd (the company responsible for building the UK's new high speed railway) wants to attract and recruit more women into the industry. In order to do this, they would like to understand your experience of getting back into employment following a period away from work.

All data is confidential and anonymous.

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw and one person will win a £300 voucher for a store of their choice (from a list provided).

Thanks and good luck with the prize draw!

Done, but did find the questions again a bit narrow. Not everyone's return to work journey is immediately after having a child. Many people dip in and out of the work place with children/caring responsibilities.

No thanks Smile HS2 is a disasterous project from an environmental standpoint that is going disrupt hundreds of thousands of lives for decades and achieve no significant gains.

Pretty badly written survey in places.
Annoying options for childcare limited to paid for (at home) or paid for (nursery). What about childminder?
What about playschemes or holiday clubs/activities for school holidays. Did they really want to know that stuff or just wanting to recruit/promote?

The couldn't recruit me into the industry seeing as it's a complete and utter waste of space, time, the environment and money.
