Not got time to read all previous responses so apologies if already noted, but it is Church IN Wales not Church OF Wales. The Church in Wales was disestablished back in 1920s.

I did it - though a bit confused by some of the Qs eg listening to the radio or buying clothes online with a "N/A I'm abroad" option, as I am abroad but do use the internet to buy M&Sclothes or listen to Radio 2...

And brave to include "cooking from scratch" as an option without defining what you mean
