LEGO Games are looking for 60 Mumsnetters to try out one of two new games Shave a Sheep (RRP £7.99) and Harry Potter Hogwarts (RRP £24.99). They have 30 of each available for testing.

The Shave a Sheep game is aimed at children aged 5-7 and the Harry Potter one at children aged 8-10. If you have a child in these age bands that loves LEGO and would like to try the games please add your details here.

If you are selected to test the games, your name and address will be sent to LEGO who will send you the game directly. This product test is UK and Ireland only.

We will then need your child and their friends or siblings to try the game - then to add feedback on a thread on Mumsnet.

Everyone who is selected for the test, and then offers feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will receive £200 Argos Vouchers. If selected you will be emailed confirmation and should receive the game within 1-2 weeks.

Thanks and good luck.

Oh, shame - we have Shave a Sheep and DS is too young for Harry Potter. However, can I tell you how highly I recommend Shave a Sheep? We played it over and over again on the train this summer hols - DH and I were in stitches and we all got quite competitive. Really really enjoyed it and DS played with everyone we met over the holidays!!

eandh · 01/09/2010 17:51

have entered dd1 as mum has a lego board game that she plays at their house and other players can 'take pieces' from others if they roll the dice and land on teh right spot and it is teaching DD1 not to be such a sore loser (she is not a graceful loser at all!)

TheCrackFox · 01/09/2010 17:57

Done - my boys luuurve lego.

mumbar · 01/09/2010 17:58

have entered ds as he is a huge lego fan but often plays alone (only child) and I think combining lego with social skills would be beneficial.

TitsalinaBumSquash · 01/09/2010 18:07

I have entered DS1, i am always looking for board games to keep him still while he is having his iv antibiotics, otherwise he runs around getting tangled in the tubing, tis a nightmare! Board games are great now he is old enough to do them without cheating! [grin

TitsalinaBumSquash · 01/09/2010 18:09

DS also is getting right into Lego, we had a real success last Christmas with the Farmer and Fishing trip Lego. We will definatley be getting some more for this Christmas if anyone can recommend any favourite sets for a 6 year old?

My two would love this.... can i play the guilt card and point out that Irish MNers can hardly ever enter these things so i get less chances than all of them ^^^ to enter cool comps and product tests and should be given special consideration? Wink

Done.
Although my 13yr old Lego nut was very disappointed that he was to old for the trial! Luckily have 3 other DC the right age for either game so he would still get to join in if we were lucky enough to be chosen. Grin
